Boudoir Photography FAQ's
Here you will see some questions we are regularly asked about Boudoir photography shoots, however, if there is a question that you have and you don't see the answer here, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to answer it for you.
Q: I Don't live in Kidderminster; can I still book a shoot?
Whilst we are based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, we travel across the UK for our boudoir photography. We do however charge reasonable traveling expenses on distances over 50 miles from us. Please ask us for further details.
Q: I want to buy a Boudoir Photo Shoot Gift for my partner/friend, how do i do that?
We sell gift vouchers for almost all our services so you can give a 'Boudoir shoot' as a present for a loved one. You just purchase the voucher, and then your loved one can ring and book a date when it is convenient. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be part or whole payment for shoot.
Q: Do I have to come to a studio?
Boudoir shoots can take place in your own home if you prefer to be in your own familiar surroundings . This is the most popular choice for a boudoir photo shoot as it adds the person feel of your own home to the photographs. We also bring a selection of backdrops and other boudoir props.
We also use many Boutique Hotels around the midlands and studio days throughout the year.
Q: Is there a minimum and maximum age for a boudoir photo shoot.
We do have a minimum age of 18 but there is no maximum age. We have created fantastic boudoir style photographs for women of all ages.
Q: Can I have someone with me during the Boudoir shoot?
Yes. We ask that you have your friend, partner or close family member with you at all times. This will help you to feel relaxed and often turns the shoot into a 'bit of fun'.
Q: How long will it take for my Album, disk or prints to be ready?
We like to allow a period of 2 weeks from the date of your shoot. We will of course, work as fast as possible to get them to you even quicker than this, but we like to be erring on the side of caution. We will have your Photo book printed and any prints you order as soon as we can. We will keep you informed at all stages so that you know exactly what is happening with your order and when you can expect to receive it. If you have a deadline please contact us ASAP to discuss your requirements
Q: How can I pay?
You can pay your deposit by cheque, cash or by credit/debit card securely via Paypal. Then your balance is payable on the day of your shoot by cheque or cash. You may also be the recipient of one of our gift vouchers, in which case this will cover a part or whole of the cost depending on the service you purchase.
Q: How do i book a Boudoir shoot?
You can book by calling us on 0845 095 2030 or if you want to buy a Boudoir gift voucher you can do that on the Boudoir page. We want you to feel 100% confident with your Boudoir photo shoot purchase, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your online purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll offer a full refund. All dates and times are subject to availability. If you have any special requirements please contact us before paying a deposit or purchasing a gift voucher.
Q: Can I bring my own ideas to the photo shoot?
YES! Many of our and Boudoir clients do so. Remember, it's your photo shoot - while we're more than happy to advise on what type of Boudoir shots will make you look amazing, it's always great when a customer brings their own thoughts and ideas to the table so that we can build on these together.
Q: My partner and I would like some photographs taken together, can you do this?
Yes we can. We are more than happy to create those special couple Boudoir pictures.
Q: Will you use my images after the shoot?
All of our images are clients who have kindly agreed to have their images on display. We would never use any images without the clients consent. If you agree to us using some of your images then we would ask you to sign a disclaimer stating this, although we would consult on the images used and no images are displayed until you have received your pictures.
